My aircond runs but blows warm air. What's wrong?
Nine times out of ten it's low refrigerant from a slow leak, a coil so clogged it can't shed heat, or a compressor that's giving up. The free diagnostic tells you which one before you commit to anything.
Are parts included in the RM80?
No. RM80 is the new customer price and RM100 is the regular price. It covers the labour for a water leak fix, PCB board fix, compressor fix or general cooling repair. Parts are charged on top. The technician tells you the full price with parts before any work starts, so you're never surprised.
Is it worth repairing or should I just replace it?
If your unit is under about eight years old and the fault is gas, a capacitor, a PCB or drainage, repair is almost always cheaper. We'll tell you straight when a unit isn't worth the money.
Do you charge to come and look?
No. The diagnostic visit and the written quote are free. You only pay if you approve the work.
How fast can you get here?
