What size aircond do I need for my room?
Rough guide, a normal bedroom up to about 120 square feet takes a 1.0HP, up to 180 square feet takes a 1.5HP, and a living room usually needs 2.0HP or more. Sun facing rooms and top floor units need a size up. The free BTU check settles it properly.
Do you supply the unit or do I buy it?
Either works. Installation only starts at RM260 a unit if you've already bought. Supply and install packages start at RM899 and we handle the lot.
Can you move my existing aircond to a new house?
Yes. Relocation starts at RM400 and includes pump down, removal, reinstall and vacuum testing at the new place.
How long does an install take?
A single wall mounted unit is usually two to three hours. Three units in one day is normal. Cassette and ducted jobs we'll quote a timeline on the site visit.
